Spillage

In wall maintenance parlance, spillage is what happens when graffiti exceeds the lateral boundaries of its allowed territories, therefore spilling left and right (or up and down) on wall surfaces. But if we move our gaze with the wall instead of looking at it, this “spillage” also has a depth, and this depth often can’t contain itself. The surface offers its excesses to the ground.
